Managers will build upon both their existing knowledge and experience, as well as learning new skills by attending a series of bespoke sessions. In particular, over the period of the programme, managers will be encouraged to explore their own behaviours and how they impact on their management style.

In between each session, the trainer will set practical and work-related assignments so that new skills developed in the training room are transferred to the workplace.

Each session will be highly interactive and will involve the participants in a number of activities, discussions and personal development activities.
